Kadai Mushroom ( )

Ingredients:

  1. Mushrooms - 800 gms, washed, halved.
  2. Sunrich Refined Sunflower Oil - 4 tbsp.
  3. Dry Red Chillies - 10.
  4. Onions - 1/2 cup, chopped.
  5. Ginger Paste - 6 tsp .
  6. Garlic Paste - 6 tsp.
  7. Garam Masala - 3 tsp.
  8. Dry Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tsp, powdered.
  9. Tomatoes - 350 gms, skinned, deseeded.
  10. Salt to taste.
  11. Coriander Seeds - 2 tsp, roasted, crushed.
  12. Black Peppercorns - 1 1/2 tsp.
  13. Green Chillies - 6-8, slit.
  14. Green Coriander - 3 tsp, chopped.


Method

  1. Heat the Sunrich Refined Sunflower Oil.
  2. Add the dry red chillies and onions.
  3. Saute and then add the ginger garlic pastes.
  4. Cook over medium heat.
  5. Add the garam masala, fenugreek powder and tomatoes.
  6. Cook over medium heat until the Sunrich Refined Sunflower Oil separates.
  7. Add the morel mushrooms carefully, and toss over high heat until the mushrooms are coated.
  8. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Add the salt, coriander seeds, black peppercorns, green chillies and green coriander.
  10. Serve hot.
